Where is my order confirmation email?
Order confirmation is sent to the email you provide at checkout. If you are unable to locate it please check your junk folder. If you still cannot locate it then please contact me with your name, address and email details so I can confirm whether your order has been received.
Can I add to my order?
If your order has not been dispatched it may be possible to add to your order however this will increase the production time. Please contact me to discuss.
Where is my package?
Postal services often experience delays from time to time - this could be due to ongoing strikes, seasonal increases and, for overseas orders, awaiting customs clearance.
Although all orders are sent 1st class as standard in the UK and Tracked and Signed for International orders, Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 25 working days have elapsed. Whilst I understand that this is a long time to wait, delays are out of my control and your patience is appreciated during these times. I can only apologise for any delays you may experience.
Can I track my order?
Yes! If you are overseas, items are sent via Royal Mail International Track and Sign option.
Yes! If you opt for the UK Guaranteed Next Day option this is a trackable service.
If you opt for the standard shipping option there is no option to track your item.
Will tracking speed up my delivery?
Unfortunately tracking does not speed up your delivery, however it does enable you to check its whereabouts.
If you opt for the Guaranteed Next Day delivery option this does ensure a speedy delivery. If your item is needed urgently we strongly recommend that you opt for this service.

The sizes of embossers, stencils, stamps and cutters are included in the product description.
Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
Unfortunately at this current time we do not offer a specific gift-wrapping service. However please be assured that all our orders are packed with love and care and will be presented beautifully.
My order has arrived damaged/broken - what should I do?
If you receive an order that has been damaged/broken in transit, please contact me within 24 hours with your order number. Please provide photos of the product and packaging so that the damage can be assessed.
If you encounter a problem with your order after this time, please contact me as soon as you can and provide as much information as possible, including your order number and I will endeavour to help as much as I can.
How do I look after my items?
Our items are not dishwasher safe. It is recommended that you hand wash embossers in warm, soapy water and leave to air dry after each use. Do not use abrasive materials to clean, a small soft toothbrush can be used to remove any remnants from the design.
Our stencils are particularly delicate and careful handling when using and cleaning is required to ensure their longevity.
Acrylic charms and toppers should be gently wiped with a soft cloth if reusing and stored flat for safe-keeping.
