Rugby Life Embosser and Cookie Cutter Set.

This lovely Rugby Life embosser and cookie cutter set is perfect for all those sporting bakes. You can choose to buy the embosser alone or add the cutter which fits perfectly around the design to create gorgeous cookies.

Dimensions:

The embosser measures 70mm in height and 120mm wide excluding handles. The image measures approx 55mm high and 90mm wide. The acrylic is 3mm thick.

The Cookie Cutter measures approx 125mm wide and 75mm high. The apeture for cutting measures 115mm by 65mm to perfectly encompass the image. Overall height of the cutter is 14mm.

Both the embosser and cutter have been designed and made in my home studio in Wales using high quality, food safe materials. 

How to Use:

1. Roll your fondant out to around 3-5mm thick. Ensuring the fondant is slightly warmed will help with the design crispness.  Lightly dust the fondant and embosser with icing sugar to alleviate any sticking.

2. Place the embosser design side down onto the fondant and press firmly and evenly and then roll a rolling pin over the embosser for a crisp impression. Alternatively you can place the fondant onto the embosser and use the rolling pin for an even deeper impression. You may need to roll the rolling pin 2-3 times to ensure the smaller details emboss well.

3. Lift the embosser away using the conveniently designed handles to reveal the 3D image on your fondant. 

4. Use a soft brush to gently sweep away excess icing sugar. Cut around the design with the cookie cutter of your choice and decorate or leave elegantly plain.

Caring For Your Embosser:

It is recommended that you hand wash your acrylic embosser and cutter in warm, soapy water when you receive it to remove any production particles that may remain.

Hand wash your embosser and cutter after each use in warm, soapy water, rinse well and leave to air dry thoroughly.

Do not put this item in the dishwasher and do not use abrasive materials to clean.

Store your embosser in a cool dry place and either store flat or hang using the hanging hole on the handle.
